Hey brother ! So I use the organic yellow popcorn from Riehl’s Select popcorn (sold out last two months)popped in stainless steel bottom “whirly-pop” with 4 tablespoons of the grilling high heat olive oil, after it’s popped I then spray with White Truffle Oil SUPER CONCENTRATED 200ml (7oz) 100% Natural NO ARTIFICIAL ANYTHING, and season with kosher salt flakes , Celtic seaweed seasoning , sprinkle with chives and Parmesan cheese.

That’s our nightly goto….but I’m starting to try and work on the Stuff we get in SLC at the bourbon bar…caramel popcorn with bacon bits and bourbon glazing …haven’t got there yet !

That sounds delicious as well!

I’m excited to try this home compound ghee situation, see how it turns out, make some small batches of super flavorful buttery popcorn. However, might have to try that deliciousness you have above.
